Spoon mixture into a jar with a tight-fitting lid and store in the refrigerator. Great as a spread on bread or toast. COOKING WITH HONEY Experiment with substituting honey for sugar in your favorite recipes. Honey has a higher sweetening power than sugar because of its high fructose content. This means you can use less of it to achieve the desired sweetness. Honey has a high moisture content, so you should reduce the amount of liquid in the recipe by about 1/4 cup for every cup of honey used. HONEY HELPS YOU STAY ACTIVE!
