SHIPPING INFORMATION

This Statement outlines the Shipping Terms governing all purchases made through this website, regardless of whether the order was transmitted via the internet, via telephone, or via mail service.

All FREE SHIPPING offers apply only to valid US addresses using the services of UPS or USPS at our discretion.

We cannot guarantee or be held responsible for in transit delivery times or service guidelines established by USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx or any other common carrier. Furthermore, we are not liable for shipment delays, lost shipments, stolen mail, clerical or typographical errors by customers during the order entry process, inclement weather, customs impounds or any other in transit delivery problem once a shipment has left our distribution facilities and is in the possession of a designated common carrier.

In an effort to keep shipping costs as low as possible, all orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, which generally takes 2-5 days for delivery. Your merchandise will normally be shipped within 1-3 business days after placement. Time in transit is additional. You may select another carrier (FedEx, DHL, etc.) by e-mail request.

Note: Because of the weight of the product, we may ship larger orders in separate packages.

At this time we do not routinely ship outside the USA, therefore international orders may take longer and shipping charges will be added manually at checkout. Customs clearance costs, if incurred, are the buyer’s responsibility and will need to be paid in the country of destination. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to merchandise held by customs officials. Additional custom fees, duties and/or import restrictions are the sole responsibility of export customers. Please contact us by e-mail for quotes on shipping outside the United States.

INSURANCE ON USPS DELIVERIES

Delivery Confirmation is provided on all shipments. Insurance will be provided free of charge for retail orders over $100.00. You may purchase insurance separately for your order under $100.00 or on wholesale orders. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Order Amount/Cost of Insurance: Up to $50.00 - $1.30; $50.01 to $100.00 - $2.20; $100.01 and up - Free of charge

PAYMENT METHOD

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (US$). Payment on-line by Credit Card only. We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards. All funds are payable in U.S. Dollars only. We do accept money orders and personal checks when mailed to us as payment. Personal checks may take additional time for bank clearance prior to shipment of the order. Any fees incurred by us from any bank, or credit card company, due to any chargebacks, NSF fee (Non-Sufficient Funds), or any other fee incurred by us in pursuit of payment for products from this site are subject to a $25.00 chargeback fee.

We do not ship C.O.D.

SALES TAX GUIDELINES

Appropriate sales tax will be charged for all orders based on the provided billing address state. Sales Tax is ONLY collected for residents of North Carolina.

OTHER TAXES

All other taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any and all federal or state reporting requirements are the responsibility of the purchaser.

IF YOU CANNOT ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS AND YOU ARE USING EZ FIREWALL:

Shoppers using EZ Firewall with the default settings have reported to merchants and to Yahoo! the inability to add multiple items to the shopping cart. After researching the issue with Computer Associates (makers of EZ Firewall), a problem with EZ Firewall has been identified. Yahoo! Store uses cookies as part of the shopping cart to track which items a shopper has placed in their cart. EZ Firewall incorrectly identifies the cookie set when a buyer attempts to add a second item as a "3rd party cookie" and thus blocks the cookie resulting in shoppers being unable to place a second item in their shopping cart.

This problem is further complicated by the fact that shoppers may not be aware that they are running such software that has this effect. For example, Road Runner, an ISP of Time Warner Cable, includes EZ Armor™ (which includes EZ Antivirus and EZ Firewall) as part of its service. During installation EZ Firewall asks users if they would like to enable privacy control to block popup ads, banner ads and third-party cookies.

When privacy control is enabled, EZ Firewall blocks tracking cookies; the Cookie Control setting is set to "Medium" when the user opts to enable privacy controL.

SOLUTION

To resolve cookie problems in EZ Firewall:

1. Launch EZ Firewall. 2. Go to the Privacy section. 3. Set Cookie Control to "Off" by clicking the slider and dragging to the Off position. 4. You should now be able to place multiple items in the shopping cart.

OTHER FIREWALL/PRIVACY SOFTWARE MAY CAUSE THE SAME ISSUE:

Zone Alarm (Zone Lab) Personal Firewall (Sygate) BlackIce Defender (Internet Security Systems)

TO RESOLVE COOKIE PROBLEMS IN PRIVACY OR FIREWALL SOFTWARE:

1. Launch your privacy or firewall software. 2. Navigate to the section with cookie controls. 3. Choose to accept cookies. 4. In addition to firewall/privacy software, shoppers can also be prevented from adding multiple items if the shopper has their Web browser set to not accept cookies.
