Paparoa Bee Pollen is pleasingly sweet. This beautifully colored pollen contains all ranges of colors. Each batch is harvested during the current season and the moisture content has been kept below 5%. The pollen is dried at temperatures of less than 95 degrees F to help maintain the nutrients. Keep refrigerated for maximum freshness.
